2009 Winner

Madeleine, a fourth-grade student from Rancho Santa Margarita who is home-schooled, captured the top award in the 2009 Farm Water Poster Contest.  Her winning entry pictured at left depicts an active scene on a farm with animals in the foreground and fields of crops in the background.  Madeleine receives $150 in U.S. Savings Bonds for her efforts.  Her teacher, Mrs. Frey, receives $100 in cash from the California Farm Water Coalition for classroom supplies.
